1 lb fajita meat

1 onion

1 bell pepper

In preheated skillet on medium heat add 1 T oil. Brown fajita meat. Add in sliced onions and bell pepper. Cook till tender. Serve on top of Mexican rice or in a tortilla with cheese and sour cream.
