Grass Fed Beef Bones
100% Grass fed and finished Angus beef
A mix of leg bones, neck bones, soup bones and joints
No hormones, No Steroids & no antibiotics
approximately 1.5-2.5 lbs
Place Bones on a baking sheet and roast in oven heated to 350 for 30 min. Remove and place in a crock pot. Add veggie scraps. (i keep a gal. size zip lock in the freezer and put veggie peels and scraps in to use for broth) onions, celery, garlic, carrots all add a great flavor. Cover with water and add a pinch of salt. let cook for 12 hrs then refill any evaporated water and let cook an additional 12 hrs. strain in to jars and place in fridge.
