Grass Fed Grass Finished Angus Beef raised in Utah and buttered at a local, small family owned custom butcher shop.
Dry aged 14-21 days
Great to put on the bbq or smoker.
Fall off the bone BBQ ribs
Place ribs in stock pot with a pinch of salt. cover with water and allow to come to a simmer. Simmer for 45 min. Drain water and cover with your favorite BBQ sauce. Grill for 1-2 min on each side or place in oven heated to 350 for 3-4 min.
