Meal Prep

Farm fresh and local ingredients come together in delicious, nutritious and affordable meals. Meals can be made as individual servings or as family style. While our space is not certified gluten free, we can accommodate meals that do not use wheat. 


From small groups to large parties, we offer delicious, farm to fork breakfast, lunch or dinner options. Our recipes for homemade comfort food include meat and eggs from our family farm as well as sourcing as many products as we can locally.

We love being in the kitchen and cooking up tasty food using fresh, local ingredients. We use meat and eggs from our farm, Redmond’s real salt, organic flour from Central Milling and more.
